Below are some of the paintings I created for the Sanchez Art Center's 2018 50|50 Exhibition AND Fundraiser. Theme: 50 Faces of Emotion. These small 6x6 inches portraits/faces depict 7 basic emotions including happiness, surprise, fear, disgust, anger, sadness, and contempt. Glee, joy, jubilance, etc are all lumped under the one category of happiness. For this project I have painted 7 faces of each of these basic emotions. Some are happy, some are funny, and some are neither. All paintings from this Series of 50 Faces of Emotion are priced at $90 each unframed, and $125 framed.
